职位描述：
岗位职责:

满足公司各生产装置提升设备运行可靠性、降低设备故障率的需求，按大修计划管理程序做好各项准备工作，组织督导大修计划专业团队会同各对口专业部门制定详细的大修方案和计划。
Meet requirements of each production plant on improvement of equipment reliability and reduction of equipment failure rate, put various TAR preparations in place as per the TAR plan management procedure, organize and supervise TAR planning professional team along with various responsible professional departments to develop detailed TAR plan.
？ 参与修订、完善公司大修管理制度和程序；依据“大修管理程序”编制具有针对性、可操作性强的“大修作业指导书”。
Participate in revision and improvement of company’s TAR management systems and procedures; develop targeted and highly operational “TAR Operation Instruction” according to the “TAR Management Procedure”.
？ 带领大修计划专业团队做好大检修项目立项工作，根据设备结构、性能、重要性及检修深度等，建立需编制设备检修方案的程序文件、明细清单并逐项落实；参加关键设备方案讨论、审核。
Lead the TAR planning professional team to carry out TAR project proposal work, establish procedure document for preparation of equipment maintenance proposal, detailed list and implement them item by item according to equipment structure, performance, importance and overhaul depth, etc.; participate in discussion and review of key equipment proposal.
？ 负责本专业大检修工作包和大修物资采购计划编制。
Be responsible for preparation of TAR work package and TAR material procurement plan of this discipline.
？ 组织本专业团队收集、积累相关大修方面信息，建立大修项目滚动计划，组织制订大检修执行的详细计划。
Organize this professional team to collect and accumulate TAR related information, establish TAR project rolling plan, organize to develop detailed plan of TAR implementation.
？ 支持大修经理编制《工作包模板》及各项内容的讨论和落实，确保大修工作包的科学性、合理性和实效性。
Support the TAR manager to prepare ‘Work Package Template’ , and discuss and implement various items, to ensure scientificity, rationality and effectiveness of the TAR work package.
？ 与工程服务各专业部门工程师合作，按照工作计划节点，确保大修和MOC项目工作统一管理。组织编制大修全过程管控图表和大检修的关键路径、次关键路径，负责定期收集、分析和汇报工作，、持续改进、优化大修工作。
Work with engineers of various ES discipline teams, to ensure unified management of TAR and MOC projects according to work plan node. Organize to prepare TAR whole-process control chart and TAR critical path and secondary critical path. Be responsible for the regular collection, analysis and reporting, continuous improvement and optimization of TAR work.
？ 确保已批准大修计划能被有效实施；会同大修实施团队共同做好大检修的全过程管理。
Ensure the approved TAR plans can be effectively implemented; work with TAR implementation teams to do TAR whole-process management.
？ 组织本专业计划团队在大修实施阶段中监督、修正、跟踪大修计划的落实情况，并做好大修实施阶段中计划执行的统计和偏差分析工作。
Organize the planning team of this discipline to supervise, correct, track the implementations of TAR plans at TAR implementation stage, and carry out the statistics and deviation analysis work of plan implementation at the TAR implementation stage.
？ 协助大修计划经理组建大修总结阶段组织机构，分部门、专业对大修准备、实施工作的全方位总结，并根据总结内容，修订“大修管理程序”的相关规定、流程、职责、组织机构等，并组织对修订后的“大修管理程序”学习、宣贯。
Assist the TAR planning manager to set up organization for TAR summary stage, to make a comprehensive summary to TAR preparations and implementations by teams and disciplines, revise the ”TAR Management Procedure” related regulations, processes, responsibilities and organization, etc. according to summarized contents, and organize study, publicity and implementation of the revised “TAR Management Procedure”.
？ 组织下一轮大修工作的启动准备工作。
Organize preparations for kickoff of the next round of TAR.

任职资格:

具备大学本科以上化工设备与机械（过程装备与控制工程）或仪表或电气相关学历。
University degree or above, with major in chemical equipment and machinery (process equipment and control engineering) or Instrument/DCS/On-line or Electric relevant majors.
？ 具有5年以上大型石化装置设备管理经验，担任过1年以上设备管理的主要领导职位优先。
5+ years of equipment management experience in large-scale petrochemical plant. 1+ years of acting as main leader of equipment management is preferred.
？ 作为主要技术骨干组织、实施过分厂级以上大修管理工作经验。
As main technical backbone, organized and implemented plant-level or above TAR management.
？ 熟悉石油化工企业设备（或仪表或电气）性能、结构、维护检修流程及工程预算定额管理。
Familiar with equipment performance（or Instrument/DCS/On-line or Electric）, structure, maintenance & overhaul process and engineering budget quota management of petrochemical enterprise.
？ 熟悉工程项目承包商工作程序及流程，并具有实践经验，思维清晰，善于分析问题、解决问题。
Familiar with work procedure and process of engineering project contractor, and have practice experience, clear thinking, be good at problem analysis and solving.
？ 具备良好的计划、协调、沟通、汇报、学习能力。
Good ability in planning, coordination, communication, reporting and learning.
？ 具有良好的人际关系和影响力，人员管理经验，尤其是培训和指导能力。
Good interpersonal relations and influence, personnel management experience, especially training and mentoring capability.
？ 拥有计算机办公软件使用能力（WORD/EXCEL/PROJECT）\SAP PM模块使用经验，P6软件使用者优先。
Be able to use office software (WORD/EXCEL/PROJECT) /SAP PM module, candidate who has experience in use of P6 software is preferred.
？ 掌握中英文两种语言。
Be good at both Chinese and English.
？ 能够提供证明自己技能和业绩的证书或有关记录。
Certificate or relevant records that can provide proof of technical skills and performance.
