Take on the challenge and be part of creating something new
- Data Analysis. Set up standard reporting in collaboration with users. Enable and train users.
- Data management. Ensure data consistency; manage interfacing of data related to BI from customers and to global systems.
- Team management and development of a team of 2 colleagues.
- Representing the China Market area globally with respect to BI.
- Participate and drive projects to find ways how BI can create more value to the organization by using own data and the data of customers etc.
- Comprehend business data and information and translate them to business insights to facilitate insight-led and fact-based decision-making
- Work with cross-functional teams closely to develop external intelligence on industry, competitor, and consumer/ shopper trends, to help LEGO China stay ahead of game
- Act as an integral point of cross-functional insights to connect the dots of different drivers and develop end-to-end story

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor degree and above
- 10+ years' experience from working with Business Intelligence or relevant functions.
- Experience with team management and people development
- Experience from agency, FMCG or retail appreciated.
- Strong communication and management skills
- Team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
- Experience from setting up and operating BI systems and processes
- Experience with general BI and IT Systems (SAP, MS-office, etc)
