职位描述：
1.Work as a mechanical engineer with a focus on the structural design for machined parts and sheet metal
主要负责机加工件和钣金件的结构设计；
2.Making sketches, 2-D and 3-D models for products that are under development
为研发阶段的新产品制作草图、二维和三维模型；
3.Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to create ease-of-use and consistent design attributes
与工程部、制造部和采购部协作，实现产品功能的易使用性和设计的一致性；
4.Translating concepts and prototypes into formal design requirements, specifications and drawings
将概念和原型转化成为正式的设计要求、技术参数和图纸；
5.Participate in continuous improvement activities by identifying and appropriately escalating process and product quality gaps, providing solutions when possible
推行持续改善措施，积极发现产品质量问题以及流程上的不足之处，进行适当的改善和升级；
6.Other duties as assigned.
上级分配的其他任务。

JOB REQUIREMENTS
职位要求
1.Bachelor of mechanics engineering or equivalent
机械工程本科或以上学历；
2.3 years+ experience working as a mechanical designer
拥有3年以上机械设计工作经验者优先；
3.Expert in the use of SolidWorks for both 2D and 3D modeling
具备熟练运用SoildWorks设计二维和三维模型的能力；
4.Strong level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
具有较强的自我激励和独立工作的能力；
5.Strong knowledge in the various rapid prototype techniques and tools necessary to produce full-size or scale models of design solutions
数量掌握全尺寸模型和缩尺模型设计所需的快速原型技术及相关工具；
6.Familiarity with dimensional tolerances and inspection techniques
熟悉尺寸公差和检验技术；
7.Strong communications (written and verbal) in English is a plus
具备较强的英语说、写能力者优先；
8.Familiarity with CNC and manual Milling and Turning and experience is a plus
熟悉CNC和具有手动铣工、车工经验者优先；
9.Familiarity with Coreldraw is a plus
熟悉Coredraw者优先；
10.Knowledge in metal finishing is a plus (anodizing, tumbling, powder coating).
掌握金属表面处理技术者优先（氧化处理、滚筒抛光、粉末涂敷）。
