Level 3 Support for Linux
? Automation of tasks using scripting languages as bash python perl ruby
? Resolve escalations from L1.5 Support team or other teams on support of Linux Servers
? DNS Administration
? LDAP Administration
? RSA PAM Administration
? Install/Uninstall Packages and dependencies
? SSL Administration
? Interaction with other teams to solve a contingency(Storage, Networking, DBAs, Windows, Developers, et
? Decommission of a Server
? RCA for issues.
? Analysis and Troubleshooting of OS services
? Understanding of stats in a server(load cpu memory io etc)

岗位职责：
Mandatory
? Understanding of DNS, NIS, NFS, SSL, PXE boot
? Basic shell scripting knowledge (sh csh bash perl)
? Good understanding of TCP IP and OSI layer architecture
? Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
? Able to analyze and understand OS related issues.
? Ability to perform system monitoring via sar, vmstat, iostat, etc.
? Excellent written and verbal English level
