JOB SUMMARY 职位概要
The Category Manager (Non-Medical) works under the Materials Management team and supports DeltaHealth’s daily administration of tasks, scheduling and problem solving related to all service (included the general and professional service) and equipment planning and procurement of non-medical category. Reporting to the Materials Management functional leader, he/she will participate in all service and equipment purchase activities and category management, such as user preference and technical requirement collection, supplier sourcing and management, supplier database management, and deal with all related internal stakeholder

ESSENTIAL MANAGEMENT DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作职责
? Working with user departments on collecting business needs from function, performance and cost control perspectives.
? Prepare bidding/tendering documents on medical equipment, instruments and consumable by working with internal customers, external experts or QS firms.
? Sourcing the suitable vendors and communicate with them on the requirements and product selections.
? Organize the tendering process (open public tendering, competitive bidding and/or price negotiation) to get the most suitable products with optimal price.
? Negotiate procurement and service contracts and ensure proper execution.
? Follow up on procurement process. Ensure on time deliveries.
? Manage the equipment installation and training by vendors and coordinate with user departments on follow up issues
? Manage the budgeting of all services and equipment with user departments and Finance.
? Manage the Non-medical category and supplier on strategy level
? Maintain purchasing process for Non-medical category
? Be responsible for other procurement related activities as needed

QUALIFICATIONS岗位要求
Education & Experience 学历背景与专业经历
? A bachelor’s degree from top university, medical degree is a plus
? Over six years of experiences in Non-medical (general and professional service) procurement
? Experience in managing various bidding processes
? Experience in people management
? Good communications skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin, and good interpersonal skills
? Good team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines
? Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience
Knowledge of ERP (Oracle)system is a plus 举报 分享

            按照国际标准（JCI）和中国标准设计建造的上海德达医院是德达医疗集团设在上海的首家以提供心血管疾病医疗服务为主的综合性医院。德达医院及德达心血管中心位于上海虹桥交通枢纽以西七公里的徐泾地区，总建筑面积五万平方米，一期设有200张床位，二期350张床位。

DeltaHealth Hospital·Shanghai is a foreign-invested general hospital designed and constructed in accordance with Joint Commission International (JCI) and Chinese standards. It is DeltaHealth’s first hospital in Shanghai. DeltaHealth Hospital Shanghai and its Heart & Vascular Center are located in the Xujing area, 7 km to the west of Shanghai’s Hongqiao transport hub. The total construction area for the project is 50,000 m , with the set-up of 200 beds during the first phase.

Opened in 2013, DeltaHealth Clinic·HongQiao is DeltaHealth’s first Shanghai outpatient clinic and is part of an inner city network of cardiovascular care clinics. Located at the heart of the Hongqiao CBD, the clinic provides comprehensive primary and specialty care, including cardiovascular disease screening, expert consulting and rehabilitation services.
