I. Job summary:
1. Marketing promotion
2. Support sales
II. Duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)
1. Draw the marketing plan for yearly activities with the management according to the marketing strategy, and implement the marketing plan.
2. Organize products introduction show, industries exhibitions.
3. Organize seminars and events for products promotion;
4. Be responsible for catalogs, brochures and flyer design, translation, modification and distribution, control the related suppliers delivery quality;
5. Regularize the logo use and protect the image of company, maintain company image; send the newsletters and the new product and service information to the different customers;
6. Collect the competitors’ basic information to marketing research team for further investigation;
7. Plan and control Exhibits stock, and showroom;
8. Work with sales, PM & service department for better sales support result.
III. Qualifications:
1. Education background:
University degree major in marketing or instrument, optical related;
2. Working experience:
3~5 years of experience in industrial marketing promotion activities, such as product exhibitions and special marketing events;
3. Language and computer skills:
Good English skills is a must
4. Other requirements: (such as specific personality, physical requirements, business trip requirements, etc.)
Be creative to have new ideas and tools for marketing promotion;
Good coordination and communication skill with different departments, with highly team spirits;
