职位描述：

Responsibilities:

·To handle and monitor order confirmation, production progress and order follow up effectively and efficiently

处理和监控订单确认、产品进展并有效率地跟踪订单情况。

·To ensure close co-ordination and negotiation with suppliers, UK customers, logistics providers and internal parties (Merchandising, Quality & Finance) to resolve any order issue including booking, quality, delivery etc.

做好与产品供应商、英国顾客、物流服务商以及内部同事的密切沟通。

·To update and maintain accurate data in the ordering system timely

及时准确地更新系统中的订单数据。

·To handle incoming and outgoing shipping documents, data input, incoming telephone calls and administrative duties as necessary

负责进出货物的文件管理，数据输入，电话接听以及其他必要的行政事宜。

Requirements:

·Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management if preferable with at least 4 years relevant experience

物流管理、供应链管理本科毕业，4年以上相关工作经验者优先。

·Good knowledge of logistics flow, order processing and shipping documentation

熟悉物流流程，订单操作以及出货文件的相关知识。

·Outgoing, positive, multi-tasked, stable and smart are REQUIRED.

性格外向，积极主动，做事沉稳以及可以胜任多项任务同时进行。

·Good team player, capable administer and able to work independently.

较高的团队合作精神且具有独立完成工作的能力。

·Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

良好的中英文会话、写作能力。

·Proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, etc.

精通办公自动化软件。

·Immediate available is preferred.
