职位描述：
Description of the role

1. Serving as a leader engineer in project, and be responsible for simulation of line (or stations);

2. Process analysis including layout, cycle time, welding spot distribution;

3. Solution pre-study for complex stations in simulation system;

4. Supporting team leader for reengineering work of project;

5. Cycle time investigation and simulation verification;

6. Communicating with mechanical designer to finish fixture concept design;

7. Simulation and offline programming(OLP);

8. Guiding junior engineer to finish gun geometry design, station simulation and OLP.


Basis of requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above with at least 5 years working experience in BIW industry

2. Rich project experience of planning and simulation

3.Be an expert of Robcad or be skillful with one of the following software EM-Design, EM-Simulate, EM-Plant

4. Serving as a leader engineer in project, and be responsible for simulation of line (or stations);
