主要岗位职责

从技术工程师和项目工程师处接受文件，并对接收的文件进行质量检查，确保所有文件遵循文件准则；

1 维持和更新文件清单；
2 存入文件到X:\盘，并上传文件到METAL；
3 支持文件分发，确保所有发送单可追溯性；
4 支持需内部审查的供应商文件；
5 程序执行，并确保他们是正确的应用；
6 持项目工程师和技术工程师（工艺、管道、压力容器、仪器仪表、电气，等）关于文件程序的协调。

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Receive documents from Technical and Project Engineers, Quality check for incoming document, make all document compliance with document guideline;

n Maintain and update Database;
n Transfer document to X:\Drive and upload the Document Coordination Tool (Metal);
n Support document dispatching, make all transmittal are traceability in DCT;
n Support supplier document for internal review;
n Implement processes and make sure they are properly applied;
n Support Project engineers and TC engineers (Process, Piping, Pressure Vessels, instrumentation, Electricity, Expediting…) on document process coordination.
