职位描述：
JOB FUNCTION – REQUIREMENTS - SUCCESS FACTORS (Why job exists, what areas it impacts on, requirements to do the job, and Success Factors)
FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE – To execute day to day implementation and monitoring of environmental aspects of PPG Environment/Health/Safety/ (EHS) Process in PPG plant to be consistent with legal and company environmental Requirements. Work closely with Site EHS team and EHS manager to set up and maintain PPG EHS management system- environmental aspects.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Track and ensure the compliance of local regulation and PPG requirement.
2. Administer the implementation of Environmental Management System or ISO14001,especially monitoring and measurement of environmental performance for the site.
3. Track the Environmental legislation systematically to study & document the applicability and gaps; update the gaps/result on EHSLT meeting regularly
4. Know all reports required by local environmental bureau, collect data and prepare report to related environmental government agency.
5. Know all reports related to environment and sustainability required by corporate, collect data and report on time.
6. Make annual environmental and sustainability plan according factory EHS priority and site significant Environmental Aspects, support the plant achieve the environmental and sustainability goals.
7. Maintain Environmental Management System and documents to ensure continual improvement performance by EMS.
8. Identify the opportunity of improvement projects related to environment or sustainability.
9. Lead the team to implement the improvement opportunities related to sustainability in whole factory.
10. According to PPG requirements and EHS Management system, support element owners to deliver site environmental programs, such as waste management, Energy conservation program, air emission management, water management, plant footprint, etc.
11. Offer technical support and review on projects environmental permit
12. Leading whole factory to do environmental hazard identification and risk assessment.
13. Establish factory environmental training plan and offer enough training courses to factory employees.
14. Charge chemical management and spill prevention in whole factory.

Requires: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry engineering, environmental engineering or equivalent; fluency in Chinese, fluency in English reading and writing, at least (3) years experience in a chemical plant EHS management. Familiar with formula based production China EH&S law and regulations, keep experience in ISO14001, environmental labeling products certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 举报 分享
