岗位描述:
- 负责Berger纺织贸易(上海)在亚洲地区的业务组建,以中国区为主要目标;
- 负责代表Berger公司以及其在亚洲市场的高质品牌产品(德国工程),并在亚洲地区参展;
- 拜访亚洲区(潜在)大客户(中国为主)销售Berger产品;
- 对亚洲地区的销售负责(包括南亚地区,东亚地区以及东南亚地区);
- 计划与组织Berger展位,参加指定的亚洲展会(中国为主),并为总部提供市场营销支持;
- 满足大客户的品质需求,就纺织特性与进一步产品开发应用方面满足亚洲市场需求—并与德国总部的产品经理进行反馈/探讨;
- 主动积极发起与现有合作伙伴和指定客户的打印产品开发试验;
- 负责下一年度年预算的制定(必须经由总部采纳);
- 在指定的价格结构内负责业务管理,根据采纳的年度预算管理销售政策;
- 负责向Berger总部汇报市场, 客户,应用趋势等工作;
- 负责向行政部门反馈客户拜访情况;
- 每年参加1-2次欧洲展(如,FESPA展);
- 现有行政管理部们在中国业务已有15的历史约40名员工,将会支持销售经理/大客户经理的工作…
 
任职资格背景:
- 中国籍居民;
- 精通英语,听、说、写、读熟练;
- 乐于在Berger长期发展;
- 具备组织流程建设与执行能力;
- 具备较高的以销售为目标导向的职业素质;
- 具备扩展Berger在亚洲区的销售与业务的能力,以及业务伙伴关系的开发与维护(例如,亚洲地区的打印机制造商);
- 有数字打印市场或者纺织行业经验可以优先考虑;
- 可以出差

Job Description:
- Buildup the business for Berger Textiles Trading Shanghai in Asian region, with main focus in China.
- To present Berger as a company and as a brand with high-quality (German engineered) products in the Asian market, also on exhibitions in Asia
- visiting (potential) key-account-customers in Asia (mainly China) and sell the Berger-products
- Responsibility for sales in Asia (regions South-Asia, East-Asia, South-East-Asia)
- Planning and organization Berger booth and participation on selected exhibitions in Asia (mainly China), with marketing support from headquarter
- qualifying the needs of key-account-customers and of the Asian market in regards to textile characteristics and applications for further product developments - informing/discussing with the Berger Product management in the German headquarter
- initiating printing tests for product-developments in China with existing cooperation partners and selected customers
- preparing a budget for the following year (has to be adopted by the headquarter)
- Managing the business within given price structures and selling policies according to adopted annual budget
- Reporting of market-, customer-, application trends to the Berger headquarter
- Feedback to back office about customer-visits
- Participation on 1-2 European exhibitions per year (e.g. FESPA-show)
- The Sales Manager/Key-Account-Manager will be supported by an existing back office partner organization with approx. 40 employees which is already 15 years in the china business…

Profile of a potential person:
- Local, Chinese person
- English language (speaking and writing)
- should be interested in a long-term employment at Berger
- Talent to organize processes
- Highly sales orientated
- Ability to extend the Asian business for Berger in terms of sales and business relationships with business partners (e.g. Printer manufacturer in Asia)
- No experience in our digital printing market or in textiles needed, but would be a good advantage
- Willingness for travelling
