Responsibilities:

? Is responsible in front of its zone teams (eng. support, field eng., LISM,) for:

Challenging projects stakeholders

Supporting team-mates, in particular to solve issues

Coaching/ developing teams : building & maintaining of competence & skills

? Is responsible in front of its hierarchy for:

Driving projects with optimized margin (including add-on's) and maximized client satisfaction

Feeding and updating the project in SAP

Managing projects risks and contingencies plan

Escalating issues to manage risks/ leverage Sidel Group network

? Is responsible in front of transversal stakeholders (PG, Design, Sales, Engineering support,) for:

Designing projects in line with Sidel Group capabilities

? Is responsible in front of the client for:

Matching clients needs with Sidel portfolio offer

Ensuring QCD level of the project

Providing assistance during all the project

Ensuring data collection for project manufacturing

Technical and cost definition of quotations

Ensuring adequate communication within SIDEL stakeholders

Follow PMP closely and give feed back to design for process & quality improvement

Follow up of external suppliers (3rd party equipt, piping & electrical works, )

Requirements:

Bachelor degree with the major in Engineering & Mechanical

5 years work experience in MNC

Project management experiences and sales experiences in beverage industry is a plus

Conveyor knowledge is a plus

PMP knowledge

Communication skill and negotiation skill

Self sufficient and proactive

Customer oriented

Proficient in English
