Now we have are looking for Office Assistant to join in Shanghai office.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Receive all samples from all our suppliers;
2. Make style sheets of all samples;
3. Put all information in a software system that is on our server;
4. Input all data of these styles in the label application software;
5. Print out the labels of those samples;
6. Attach those labels to each of the samples;
7. Take professional picture of samples and format them according to our requirements;
8. Burn all the pictures of the samples of one weekly shipment on one CD and send it with the sample shipment to Germany/America;
9. Chase the corresponding suppliers to send all the missing samples;
10. Help the shipping department filling out the export docs.

Requirements:
1. College Degree or above;
2. Smart and detail-oriented person-Professional in using excel, word, etc.
3. Good English communication skill.
