Mission
As member of the HR Center of Expertise, the Talent Acquisition Manager will generate within his area, insightful value added solutions to the Management and Country HR managers in order to ensure that the ongoing and future organizational talent demands are met by:
? Providing guidance & training in terms of policy, process an best practice.
? Make sure of the alignment and consistency of the global Talent Acquisition initiatives across countries.
? He/her will reinforce the Human Resources team to build Human Resources synergy and optimize the capabilities
Job Responsibilities
1) Conduct the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews and offers for the critical positions
2) Conduct the recruitment for foreigners in and outside local market
3) Develop and improve talent acquisition strategies and recruitment processes/plans by:
- Identifying effective recruitment channels
- Implementing channel development, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Developing the corporate policy for talent bench-marking through the consistency of the Job description, assessment, and interviewing policies.
4) Establish and manage the budget for annual recruitment activities.
5) Build a quality relationship with the internal customers external business partners (such as university career centers, recruitments web sites..) and external recruitment agencies in order to anticipate future needs and build up internal & external talent Pool

7) Manage Local employees’ overseas assignment.
8) Conduct the related trainings for HR Country Managers and hiring managers.
9) Develop Employee Value Proposition and Initiate the Employer Branding activities in order to enhance company’s ability in attracting, recruiting and retaining ideal employees.
Job Requirements:
1) 8 to 10 years of working experience in HR field;
2) Solid knowledge and proven experience at talent acquisition function
3) Adaptability to cultural change & capability to work effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment.
4) Curiosity & reactivity to obtain information, autonomy, rigor,
5) Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
6) Strategic thinking abilities with hands-on operational experience.
7) Fluent in oral & written English, French is a plus.
