职位描述：
? Lead continuous improvement initiatives making employees feel empowered to continuously improve and drive changes themselves
? Coach managers in implementing LCI tools, processes, behaviors and mindset
? Drive LCI implementation and major improvement activities on site successfully without need for technical support
? Arrange and conduct LCI trainings
? Analyze and interpret data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes
? Formulate recommendations and solutions to achieve productivity gains
? Follow-up and support employees in the implementation of the recommendations
? Create, implement and continuously use global LCI standards and feedback with improvement points.
? Work independently with Corporate Management Leadership Teams (L2 LTs)
Requirement:
? Preferably 4 years of Lean/OPEX/CI implementation experience
? Hands on experience in transitioning from traditional processes to Lean/OPEX/CI processes
? Experience of coaching/working with Management to secure mandate and support for initiatives
? Experience with participating and succeeding through teamwork, local networks and global networks
? Strong Experience in facilitation and communication
? Have experience that demonstrates proven results in terms of lead-time reduction, quality improvement, cost reduction etc… 举报 分享
