职位描述
职位职责：
1、 负责日常总机的电话接听，有效过滤电话及准确转接；
2、 正确传达医院的各项资讯；
3、 接收顾客投诉及咨询意见，并及时上传给相关部门并对处理结果进行追踪；
4、 及时完成电访业务，并正确判断顾客意见是否需及时处理；
5、 协助整理部门相关管理报表，并准确按时提交。
职位资格：
1、 大专以上医疗相关学历；
2、 具有眼科医院电话咨询或客服等工作经验；
3、 具备英语口语日常交流的能力；
4、 口齿清晰、声音柔和，有很强的沟通亲和力；
5、 善于分析患者心理，并能有效引导患者前来就诊。
