职位描述：
后端开发工程师

岗位职责：

1、帮助团队不断迭代完善开发的产品；

2、参与研发适应互联网应用需求的高并发、可扩展性、分布式的服务和架构；

3、围绕业务目标，发挥自己的创造力和生产力，寻求更有效的方式实现业务需求。

岗位要求：

1、1年以上Java开发经验，计算机、软件相关专业本科或以上学历；

2、熟悉Spring、 Mybatis等Java后端技术；

3、熟悉MySQL开发，具有良好的数据库性能调优能力；

4、熟练使用git；

5、扎实的Java功底，了解常用设计模式，了解Scala者优先；

6、善于独立思考，逻辑清晰，热爱挑战，具备快速学习能力；

7、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
