Resposibility:
1. Processes purchasing requisition according to company policies and procedures.
2. Examines and analyzes purchase requisitions for completeness and accuracy of information;
3. Contacts logistics center or initiator to clarify or complete information; determines method to process requisition based on dollar amount, timeliness required, existing open contracts, and/or competitive bidding.
4. Identifies and selects suppliers of sea freight, railways, road transportation and warehouse to procure requisitioned service, meeting criteria such as price, capacity, service level and timing etc.
5. Identifies requesting factory needs and develops and refines specifications of various services and/or equipment with logistics center
6. Writes and distributes commercial and technical bid invitations or requests for proposals; receives and analyzes bids, quotes, proposals, and awards the contract.
7. Resolves purchasing problems between factory and vendor
8. SAP data maintenance
Requirement:
1. More than 5 years' experience in logistic procurement.
2. Sharp negotiators with excellent communication skills.
3. Familiar with logistics service procurement
4. Need to be organized, professional and analytic
5. keeping an eye on trends in the industry,
6. staying up to date on the competition.
7. High business ethical standard.
