1，外贸单证

1）.根据订单要求及生产进度情况，制订出货计划
2）.按照销售合同和出货要求联系货代公司订立舱位确认船期
3）.商检资料（合同，发票，装箱单）的准备与提交
4）.报关单据（发票，装箱单，报关委托书，合同，核销单，报关单）的准备与提交
5）.办理货运相关费用的货款支付申请并建立费用台帐
6）.保管存档各类单证单据

2，采购业务助理
1）. 每周例会的会议记录及追踪各事项的落实进度
2）. 产品开发和样品准备的进度追踪
3）. 生产问题落实的进度追踪
4）. 部分办公室行政工作，诸如安排国内国际快件寄送，文具用品采购等。
5）. 上级交代的其它工作

任职资格：
1. 本科学历，国际贸易或英语相关专业，CET-6。能用英语进行书面邮件交流和简单日常沟通。
2. 两年以上外资采购公司或外贸公司相关工作经验。
3. 专业知识：熟悉外贸单证制作和出口流程
4. 办公技能：熟练使用office办公软件，特别是Excel的表格制作，对数字敏感。
5. 个人素质：
工作有高度责任心，诚实踏实、积极主动完成任务；做事细心有条理，善于整理/归类文档。
具有快速学习的能力，并能承受工作压力。

BCI China is a sourcing company affiliated to Bridgwater Concepts Inc (BCI/USA) for bicycle accessories. Our products include helmets, lights, pumps, backpacks, tools, bicycle ornaments, cloths, etc. BCI mainly supply the products to Walmart/USA. The sales in USA and sourcing business in China have kept expanding steadily in the past 6 years. Now it is our company’s 2nd important development stage to grow more portfolio products and market in this field.
