职位描述：
Job Description (Main responsibilities):

- Run CNC machine properly
- Set up CNC machine tools and parameter efficiently for changeover
- Keep machine daily maintenance and CNC machine run smoothly
-Take materials and complete job according to work order strictly
- Implement 5S on site
- Finish work order with required quantity and quality
- Comply with company policy and labor discipline、safety regulation
- Comply with distribution of machining supervisor
- Improve know-how to enhance professional skill
- To be responsible for training new operator
- Other works required by immediate superior

-能正确使用CNC机床。
-在工件更换时设定参数和调试刀具。
-能做好日常的设备保养和合理地使用CNC设备。
-严格按照工单取料并完成任务。
-实施现场5S。
-保质保量完成生产任务。
-遵守公司的政策，劳动纪律和安全规则。
-服从生产主管的分配。
-不断学习增强自身的技术水平。
-带好新员工，无保留地传授技术。
-完成上级的交办任务。

Competence Profile (Experience, knowledge, skills and capabilities essential to this position):

- Technical or high school educated
- 3-4 years CNC machinist experience, lathe operating experience is priority.
- Preferable basic programming skills (Fanuc、Siemens etc)
- English is plus

工作资格：

- 高中或技校毕业。
- 3-4年数控机床操作经验，熟悉数车和加工中心。
- 有Fanuc和Siemens编程基础。
