职位描述：
Purpose of Job工作目的:
1、Regularly check the Employee’s claims, Third Parties’ payment and proceed according to Finance Policy;
按照财务政策,定期核对员工报销,第三方付费。
2、Prepare Voucher in U8 system; 在用友软件中制作相应的凭证
3、Management of Assets mode in U8, ensure consistency between accounting books and physical Fixed Assets.U8中固定资产的管理,确保公司实物资产的账实相符。

Job Duties工作职责:
1、Regularly check the Employee’s claims, Third Parties’ payment and proceed according to Finance Policy;
按照财务政策,定期核对员工报销,第三方付费。
2、 Prepare Voucher in U8 system在用友软件中制作相应的凭证
3、 Management of Assets mode in U8, ensure consistency between accounting books and physical Fixed Assets.U8中固定资产的管理,确保公司实物资产的账实相符。
4、 Check the accounts payable regularly, including review purchase contracts, purchase orders, payment vouchers,定期核对应付账款，包括采购合同、采购订单、付款凭证。
5、 Assisting preparing reports about analysis and annual audit. 协助财务经理准备财务分析资料和年度审计资料。
6、 Prepare cash payout forecast report 准备现金流支出报告
7、 Responsible for Filing for accounting documents and other relation work. 负责文档的整理工作及其他相关工作。
8、 Perform other duties as assigned by Financial Manager.完成财务经理交办的其他工作。

Job Specification任职资格:

Education Background教育背景：
College degree in accounting or its equivalent相关会计专业专科以上学历
Primary level accountant qualification助理会计师职称
Continue Accounting Certificate会计上岗证

English level英语水平：
English Level-4 or above英语四级或以上水平

Training experience培训经历：
Accounting training会计培训

Work experience工作经验：
Above 2 years work experience in accounting;
2年以上相关财务工作经验；

Skills & Abilities技能和素质：
Familiar with accounting work, excellent interpersonal and communication skills ,teamwork spirit
熟悉会计工作，有较好的沟通能力,团队合作精神

Personalities个性要求：
Self-motivate, Careful for work, Responsible, Teamwork spirit工作积极，认真仔细, 团队合作精神
