职位描述：
Main Job Description:

1 Serving as Design Control coach, designs and implements a global design controls quality process
2 Acting as independent reviewer, participates design and development meetings, and, reviews and approves design deliverables
3 Promotes and executes quality standards, Quality Management System, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports, as necessary to maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications for Taiwan and China design centers
4 Conducts internal quality audits and deliver quality training as necessary
5 Serves as the interface with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with design and development quality, and assures that effective Corrective Action and Preventive Action is implemented

Expected Travel __50__% （ Evening/Weekend Hours）
Language: Must be fluent in speaking and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

Additional Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in engineering.
2. Career track record in design quality and solid experience in development projects, preferably with regulated industry.
3. +10 Years of related working Experience
4. Must be willing to travel frequently to Taiwan and USA
5. Self-starter, self-driven and results oriented.
