职位描述：
Responsibility工作职责：
1) In charge of the launch of HIS project.
负责实施医院系统信息化项目。
2) Ensure up-time and stability of all computer networks, systems, and services.
确保计算机网络、系统和服务稳定地正常运行。
3) Update and/or upgrade hardware and software as required by company.
根据公司要求，更新并/或升级硬件和软件。
4) Repair and/or replace hardware and software as required by company.
根据公司要求，修理并/或更换硬件和软件。
5) Identify qualified vendors for hardware, software, and maintenance when needed.
按照需要选择合格的硬件、软件和服务的供应商。
6) Provide technical support to all company staff.
为公司所有员工提供技术支持。
7) Organize training for staff on new and/or updated software and hardware.
组织员工进行更新软件和硬件使用的培训。
8) Monitor compliance with end-user licensing agreements.
审核终端用户的使用权限。
9) Customize applications and provide technical expertise.
按实际情况修改应用软件，并提供专业的技术。
10) Implement appropriate security protocols for internal and external access.
对外网和内网的进入设置适合的安全措施。
11) Perform regular backups of all information.
对所有信息定期进行备份。
12) Obtain and renew government permits for systems as required.
按照要求获取并更新对于系统的政府准入。
13) Propose annual IS improvement plan and budget.
制定年度信息部发展计划和预算。

Requirements任职要求：
1. 计算机或理工类相关专业本科或以上学历
2. 10年以上相关工作经验
3. 熟悉HIS医院信息管理系统
4. Microsoft Exchange服务器运行及配置
5. 熟悉域控管理，熟悉Microsoft Active Directory
6. 具备综合布线的实际动手能力和相关经验
7. 对常用财务软件有所了解
8. 对社交平台软件，设计类软件有所了解
9. 积极主动，善与人沟通合作，有良好的服务意识，能在压力下工作。 举报 分享
