职位描述：
工作职责：
1.保证产线安全生产，执行生产计划，按时交付质量合格的产品；
2.建立、贯彻和执行管理制度，负责SOP的制定、培训和实施，监督并保证流程符合性 ；
3.持续改善生产现场管理，提高生产效率，降低成本，提升质量水平；
4.根据生产计划进行人员调配，管理加班工时；
5.负责制定和实施员工培训计划和关键岗位后备培养；
6.执行绩效管理系统，每周更新员工表现，提升员工士气，降低流失率；
7.提出生产线设备、设施的改进、发展的建议，负责实施AM；
8.完成直线领导交办的其他工作。
技能要求：
1.3年或以上从事食品行业生产管理工作经验；
2.熟悉ISO9001，HACCP和GMP，并经过培训；
3.熟悉生产过程控制；
4.熟悉生产管理工具（5S、成本控制、工艺分析）。

2.具备良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作态度；
3.自我激励；
4.独立分析和解决问题；
5.能承受工作压力；
