职位描述：
The Optical Metrology Division products are used for optical overlay metrology. The portfolio of products includes unique solution packages which are based on hardware and software systems to enhance yield and effectiveness. As a world leader in its field of expertise, the division's products are the most advanced in performance (measurement accuracy of nanometers and below), reliability, ease of use and compatibility with other KLA-Tencor's products. KLA-Tencor (Israel) controls over 80% of the world market sales in its field, and its products are used by every major semiconductor manufacturer around the world. KLA-Tencor Israel is located in the Migdal Haemek Industrial Park.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop a full understanding product code
2. Build and own the development environment for both sets of code
3. Scope SW development projects for the code bases
    i) Write, review, refine feature request doucments (FRD) – to describe feature
    ii) Write Specifications requirement documents (SRD) – to define designs
    iii) Hold design review with Marketing and Product Support
4. SW Code Development
    i) Write code for SW features, bugs, patches, etc
    ii) Define the test use cases fore SQC
    iii) Collaborate with SW SQC to Test the code
5. SW Code Maintenance
    i) Manage SW branch strategy
    ii) Manage SW licensing strategy
6. SW Code Support

Requirements:
1. MS/BS in computer science or physics with C++/C# programming skills
2. Good English communication skills
