职位描述：
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Packing Concept
Participates in Production Developing Process
Designs packing concept and sets related manufacturing parameter
? Cost Control
Analyses cost for new packaging and controls the cost effectively in implementation
? Cross Department Coordination
Leads and supports packaging activities of F-M
Designs packing product working with related colleague in purchasing, product development, engineering ,logistic and quality
? Technical Support
Supports purchasing and quality department on packing product supply and manufacturing department on packaging product application.
? Implementation Standard
Prepares and implements all data for documentation system，establishes the packaging standard handbook based on the national and international standard related.
? Continuous Improvement
Knows about manufacturing system and lean concept. Improves Packing competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor’s Degree or above
? 5 years relative work experience at least, large manufacturing company preferred
? Packaging development
