职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 负责公司人事软件产品的策划、设计和管理；
2. 负责产品需求调研、需求分析以及详细功能设计，撰写终端产品需求文档；独立完成产品的策划和流程图制作，至少有一例成功上线产品运营经验；
3. 与相关项目组紧密配合，协调研发、测试、运营、市场等接口部门，推动新产品的研发与运营；
4. 对业务数据进行系统的统计分析与评估，及时总结与改进产品；
5. 负责跟踪用户使用情况，收集用户反馈，不断完善和优化产品，提升产品的用户体验。

岗位要求：
1. 具备系统思考能力、学习能力及创造性思维，具备较强的逻辑思维能力，擅长数据分析与需求调研；
2. 具备出色的市场分析、产品策划、产品需求方案等产品文档的撰写能力；
3. 精通用户体验和交互设计，熟练使用Visio、MindManager、Axure等工具设计产品原型；
4. 善于沟通协作，具有优秀的口头表达能力，具备出色的PPT制作技能；
5. 具备一定的计算机软件开发基础技能，有软件开发经验者优先；
6. 有人事软件从业经验者优先。 举报 分享
