美术指导 Art Director
岗位职责：
1. 参与客户提案，阐述创意说明, 把握策略方向，对设计进行指导，将客户需求转化成高品质广告作品；
2. 协助部门负责人管理创意部日常相关创意工作的开展；
3. 参与分析并理解客户项目和阶段推广主题及策略，配合策划人员和项目组其他成员进行相关的创意和设计风格；
4. 根据客户意图，在规定时间内提供符合客户要求的创意设计思路，组织下属进行具体创意表现的执行；
5. 准确理解客户需求，提出策略和创意想要表现的概念，组织具体创意表现执行，带领、引导设计师开展工作，将创意概念发展成为具体的视觉表现，不断提出丰富多样或新奇独特idea；
6. 控制相关创意工作的出品质量，保证产品美术创作符合客户的诉求点，协助和指导所负责的项目设计师控制创作品质，保证出品质量；
7. 参与公司比稿和项目提案的创作工作，为项目的创意及设计执行提供支持；
8. 主要负责平面、互动广告设计，以及kv、layout等设计制作；
9. 与文案、策略、设计、客服密切配合完成项目的创意表现和设计执行；
10. 熟悉各种互联网广告传播形式特点，熟悉品牌营销，对活动策划与广告策划有独特的见解和创意；
11. 协助部门负责人管理项目小组日常相关创意和设计工作的开展。
12. 熟悉不同形式的美术表现，运用恰当的手法准确表现创意、有效呈现创意内容，引导客户接受；
13. 协助上级把关创意实现质量，评估创意执行效果，确保准确表现创意初衷；
14. 指导下属的具体工作，培养训练下属设计能力；
15. 美术基础扎实，思维活跃,有一定的独立完成画面的能力，能够同时有效的完成多项工作；
16. 良好的沟通技巧，包括表达创作理念的能力，以及向客户和团队阐述；
17. 不断自我学习，提高创作于设计能力，自我激励，注重细节；
18. 领导安排的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、 美术、设计、广告等相关专业，大学本科及以上学历；
2、 4年以上4A广告公司美术指导经验，熟悉广告公司业务流程，制作流程。
3、 有完整的产品推广全案创意执行的工作经验优先，有Digital经验优先。
4、 熟练操作 (photoshop illustrator 等)相关设计软，概念强、创意佳、执行能力强，能独立作业，有良好的艺术感觉；
5、 深厚的美术设计功底，画面表现力极强，较高的艺术修养；
6、 有出色的审美意识，眼界开阔、敏锐、独到；
7、 有一定的独立完成画面的能力；
8、 创意思维强，责任心强，优秀的职业素质，能够承受工作压力；
9、 能独立操作项目，较强提案能力和沟通技巧，有团队协作精神和协调指导能力；
10、 具备强烈的责任心，良好的团队合作精神和领导才能。
11、 有手绘经验者优先。
Art Director
Responsibilities:
1. Participate in business proposals, elaborate on creative ideas, set creative and technical standards, guide for design and produce high quality advertising work based on customers’ needs;
2. Assist head of department to manage and evaluate creative work on a day-to-day basis;
3. Participate in analysis and comprehension of business project, phased theme and strategy promotion. Assist planning staff and other project team members to carry out creative work;
4. Provide creative design according to customers’ needs timely and direct subordinates to present and implement ideas;
5. Understand customers’ needs in order to provide and develop effective concepts of strategy and creativity. Collaborate with other designers to present creative ideas and inspire artists to new levels of creativity;
6. Quality control of creative work, ensure that art products meet the demands of customers, assist and guide project designers to control quality of production;
7. Take part in competitive presentation and work of creation, provide support for design ideas production and implementation;
8. Responsible for graphic and interactive advertising design. Produce designs for kv, layout etc.;
9. Complete presentation of project idea and implement design by working closely with the headline, strategy, design and customers;
10. Familiar with characteristics of all kinds of online advertisements and with brand marketing/ Possess unique insights and ideas for event and advertising planning;
11. Assist head of department to manage project team on daily creative and design related work;
12. Familiar with different forms of art performance, present creative ideas effectively using appropriate techniques in order to satisfy customers’ requirements;
13. Assist senior team in quality control and evaluation of design effects and ensure that original purpose of design is met accurately;
14. Direct and train subordinates to carry out work and to develop design ability;
15. Solid art background, pro-active, ability to complete artistic vision independently and to multi-task at work when needed;
16. Good communication skills in relation to clear and effective presentation of creative ideas to the team as well as the clients;
17. Ability to self-learn and develop design skills, possess self-motivation and be detail-oriented;
18. Lead and arrange other work.
Requirements:
1. Major in Art/Design/Advertisement, Bachelors’ degree of above;
2. 4+ experience as AD in 4A advertising company, familiar with business and production process of advertising company;
3. Experience of successful work related to product promotion and creative execution work is preferred, prior experience with Digital is a plus;
4. Familiar with the use of design software (such as Photoshop illustrator). Artistic. Good concept and creative vision, strong ability to execute and work independently when needed;
5. Solid background in art design. Excellent presentation skills and high level of aesthetic knowledge;
6. Outstanding aesthetic taste, be open-minded, sharp and original;
7. Certain ability to work with and complete vision design;
8. Possess a creative mind and work ethics. Responsible and able to handle high pressure at work;
9. Ability to operate project, strong ability in writing proposals. Ability to work well as a team and also as a leader;
10. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork skills and leadership skills;
11. Experience in hand drafting is preferred.
