MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES & KEY TASKS
1. Ensure the best capture rate on warranty, installation and maintenance renewal business.
2. Engage/win Managed Service opportunities.
3. Work closely with Retail sales team to win MA/Managed Service projects.
4. Develop/Engage new territory or white space account plan and new opportunity.
5. Ensure documentations and reports are properly prepared and distributed to key accounts.
6. Well understand competitors’ information and other market intelligence.
7. As a mentor for new service sales.
8. Alliance with service partner to win back opportunity from competitors.
9. Other tasks assigned by the superior and the company.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
1. More than 5 years working experience in retail industry
2. Effective communication skill, oral and written.
3. Be able to accept tough challenges.
4. Goal oriented with good prioritizing skills.
5. Build up good customer relationship with key persons.
