职位描述：
Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
1.Prepare customs clearance papers for import goods.进口货物准备报关资料
2. Booking space to the logistics company and confirm shipping date. Prepare customs clearance to export goods. 向物流公司订舱，确认船期，制造报关资料，完成出口手续
3.Manage manual for process trade加工贸易手册管理
4.Check supplier schedule fulfillment timely, and communicate with suppliers to push and track shipment, in order to satisfy production; 检查供应商交付预测计划，及时与供应商沟通，推动及跟踪交付情况 ，满足生产需求。
5.By material planning, control and analysis stock status; 根据物料采购计划并管控及分析库存状态。
6.Track production yield and optimize utilization of material;跟踪生产完成率并优化物料利用率
7.Evaluate and manage suppliers’ delivery performance 评估及管理供应商的交付业绩。
8.Apply and check logistics cost物流费用的申请及核对

Job requirement 工作要求
Junior college or above，preference to logistics or international trade大专以上学历，物流或国际贸易专业优先
Over 3 years relevant work experience, be familiar with process of customs clearance相关工作经验3年以上，熟悉报关报检流程
Very good in oral and written English具有一定的英语表达能力
Excellent in communication and coordination, experience to deal with conflict of interest擅长沟通和谈判
