职位描述：
responsible for all operational aspects, facilities maintenance standards, policies and practices. He/she will:
? Assist the operations manager to deal with engineering, construction and renovation projects of the school.
? Manage critical 3rd party support contracts including engineering, cleaning, landscaping, security and bussing.
? Prepare maintenance, renovation and construction schedules of the school
? Manage school capital works, including an annual summer works programme.
? Identify and implement opportunities to optimise effectiveness of school management and achieve cost savings.
? Monitor and keep records of energy consumption of the school.
? Monitor and keep records of indoor and external air quality.
? Manage all facilities maintenance budgets.
? Maintain the Asset Register and maintenance helpdesk.
? Prepare and take ownership of the school maintenance and development plan.
? Be responsible for school quality management activities.
? Ensure the school is compliant with Health and Safety regulations and follows best practice.
? Work effectively with colleagues to ensure all operational and facility services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
? Assist operations manager to Liaise with landlord, local government officials and bureau officers as necessary.
? Oversee appropriate training and development for staff.
? Any other role that may reasonably be requested by the line manager based on the candidate’s experience and the requirements of the College.

? To secure this position, you will possess a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in engineering, preferably in facilities and property management. You will have successfully led large teams, preferably with a previous school facility or in the hotel industry, and will have a solid background in engineering as well as project management. Ideally you will be bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese to enable you to liaise effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
