PURPOSE OF JOB
Work as both FAE & Fulfilment function, leverage Molex capability to service customers in focus White Goods, Security Segments, create opportunity for Molex and work with local support teams mentioned above to land the business. This role is covering Central China and located at Shanghai or Suzhou.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Responsible from Order to Cash process.
? Responsible of fulfillment with Molex product in target focus white goods and security customers and maintain CRM by weekly basis.
? Meet CRM budget
? New business development by participating in designs-in at assigned customers, and raise PDRs for new products required where applicable, follow-up and closure.
? Responsible for project coordination of those product related opportunities from assigned business segment perspective.
? Prepare monthly and weekly sales reports with high accuracy and list out detail information in opportunities.
? Coordinate and quote the pricing needed for focus customers.
? Champions and leads negotiation for pricing, awards, market share, re-engineering, contracts and supply chain agreements. Analyses and reports on progress for each activities and achievements
? Work with CS team and Review customer backlog regularly to make sure that there is no shortage on customer forecast consumption.
? Taking an initiative in expediting the delivery from others Molex factories if it is needed.
? Helping AR process if it is needed.
? Review new opportunities with DSM/RSM on weekly basis and monitor their updates in CRM with high accuracy.
? Identify and analyse competitor trends and behaviours from the assigned customers in order to provide product division and product manager an adequate information in returning appropriate product and pricing to fulfil the customer needs
? Liaise with Product Marketing Managers and GC FAE to identify the potential business for Molex in assigned segment in Central China.
o Identify the new product in focus end-product segment
o Identify the new customer from focus product segment with potential opportunity.
? Work closely with Molex Product Managers and liaise with Design Sales Engineer to work on the front-end design in process and make sure that Molex can maximize the share from customer perspective.
? Understand the customer’s needs and requirement; coordinate in between divisions to set up and adjust the sales plan if necessary
? Liaise with Design Sales Engineer to provide quick response to focus customers request on technical and application support
? Build and develop the strategic customer relationship

JOB SPECIFICATION
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering

Other Skills:
Fluent Mandarin & English, Strong computer skills, excellent customer relation’s skills, strong organizational skills to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-monitor workload, interpersonal skills to effectively work with co-workers & external contacts to respond positively to situations. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong technical background is preferred.

Years of Experience:
Experience in White Goods or Security Segments market segments and customers.
Proven growing accountability and success for increased sales revenue.
Experience within the technical services or engineering industry.
Basic concept on connector application in different market segment. Have a good track record of minimum three to four years in related component selling.
