Position: UI/UX designer

At TMO Group, we design digital products, services and experiences for the eCommerce of tomorrow. You'll help bring them to life. You will work hands on with a talented team while collaborating with our clients to bring visuals to life on web, mobile, and products.

TMO is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You should have a passion for branding, products and visual communication. you bring ideas to life through eye-opening visuals and motion designs. You are a self-motivated ideas person with a strong portfolio of work of web and mobile executions, interface and graphic design, typography and iconography. And you don’t stop at Sketch, you will contribute beyond functional and aesthetic design, from managing documentation to liaising with development teams.

The role:

.Deliver world-class user interface designs and guide implementation from concept through to launch.

.Design for a variety of platforms including mobile, tablets and web browsers.

.Produce designs to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience: storyboards, flows, wireframes and prototypes.

.Implement user research plans, conduct them and distil the learnings into actionable insights 

.Guide usability testing for prototypes. Quickly collect and decipher feedback for rapid iteration of the product design.

.Develop and document UI Design standards based on technical requirements, marketing requirements, and industry best practices. 

.Author and manage ongoing product documentation. 

.Generate, organize and track asset sets. Use automated work flows where applicable.

.Be the expert on the product features with a firm knowledge of all nuances and exceptions.

.What does our ideal candidate look like?

.3+ years of experience as a UI Designer on web and / or mobile projects.

.3+ years of experience working directly as, or in coordination with, a web (front-end, HTML/CSS) or mobile developer.

.An understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies and best practices.

.Intuitive sense of design and some natural artistic ability.

.Expertise with Sketch, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop; proficiency with other tools of the design trade.

.Some experience in producing IA deliverables like use cases, user flows and wireframes.

.Understanding of usability, heuristic evaluation and ability to suggest improvements to design.

.Sensitivity to the purpose of brand and its accompanying guidelines.

.Excellent communication and ability to work cohesively within a team.

.Strong organizational and documentation skills.

.Be able to follow direction well and follow project guidelines closely.

.Deadline oriented and be able to finish threads.

.Passion, energy and enthusiasm to drive results.

.Strong analytic abilities. This position requires the ability to evaluate complex technical, business and user requirements and create practical solutions.

• 3年以上作为UI /移动UI设计师的经验
• 3年以上直接与网络（前端，HTML / CSS）或移动开发人员协同工作的经验
• 了解以用户为中心的设计方法和***实践
• 直观的设计感和自然的艺术能力
• 具备对品牌及其视觉的敏感性
• 擅长Sketch，Adobe Illustrator和Adobe Photoshop; 和设计领域的其他工具
• 在生成IA可交付成果，例如用例，用户流程和线框有一定经验
