职位描述：
1、与投资方共同制定公司战略发展规划，并参与产品研发；
2、与投资方共同制定公司年度经营目标，作为第一责任人负责落实完成；
3、根据当年度行业环境及公司发展情况，负责市场推广、渠道拓展、运营管理、物流配送、团队管理等各项相关工作；
4、负责制定并完善公司各项管理制度，规范管理体系及流程，优化公司组织架构和资源配置；
5、制定公司品牌管理策略，负责公司品牌的建立及维护；
6、指导、把控或参与市场开拓、渠道管理等相关工作；
7、负责完成企业文化的建设；
8、根据公司发展需要，对接、外联相关政府部门、新闻媒体、社会团体等组织；
9、完成投资方交办的其他工作。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、10年以上工作经验，5年以上餐饮行业管理工作经验；
3、具备良好的团队管理及流程管理能力，具备较强的计划性、沟通协调能力与商务谈判能力；
4、格局大，目光长远，具备较强的职业操守；
5、有海外学习或经历者优先。

Job Description:
1.Responsible for together with the investor to develop strategic development planning,and partipate in prodct research and development.
2.Responsible for work together with the investor to develop annual business objectives,as the frist responsible person to complete.
3.Accroding to the current industry environment and the company development,responsiblefor marketing,channel development,operations management,logistics distribution,team management,and other related work.
4.Responsible for the formulation and perfecting the management system and process,optimizing organization structure and resource allocation.
5.Responsiblefor the company brand management stratege,and estalishment and maintenance of the company’s brand.
6.Responsible for guide to holf or participate in marketing channel management,and other ralated work.
7.Responsible for completing the construction of enterprise culture.
8.Accroding to company development needs,Docking,outresch related government departments,the new media,social organizations and other groups.
9.Responsible for completed other tasks assigned by the investment.
Job Requirements；
1、Bachelor degree or above,
2、At least 10 years of working experiences,and at least 5 years management experience in food and beverage industry.
3、Good at team and process management,has the strong ability of planning,communication and coordination with business negotiation skills.
4、Have big pattern ,and look ahead,have a strong work ethic.
