Job Title:

Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing and defining business and user needs; identifying options for improving business systems and processes and bridging the needs of the business and IT through the analysis and communication of requirements.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Research and identify industry best practices related to business needs
? Research, define, analyze and capture business and user needs
? Define, analyze and document business and functional requirements
? Understand business processes/problems and bring that understanding to discussions with developers and designers
? Create and visualize business process flows and data flow diagrams that reflect the scope and complexities of the requirements
? Identify risks and dependencies early and proactively bring them to the leadership team’s attention

Experience Guidelines:

? 6+ years of experience in business consulting and client services in areas such as Content Management, Interactive Architecture, e-Commerce etc., in China market
? Strong experience in Sitecore platform and APAC marketing projects and products.
? Experience of China BAT (Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent) product integration, including SEO, payment and social integration, is a must
? Experience of China CDN integration is a must
? Able to analyze business requirements and define solutions to address complex business needs

Education:

? Bachelor's Degree
? English level: Good spoken English skills, CET-6 is preferred.
? Nice to speak Japanese, Korean languages. 举报 分享
