职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
? Look after FAW group such as FAW Changchun, FAWDE and FAW Dalian.
? Understand advanced catalyst technology.
? Provide competitive proposals for new programs and cost reduction programs to ensure that JM is in leading position technically.
? Technical support (customer trainer, new technology introduction, customer audit, trouble shooting, sample tracing…) to meet customer’s requirements. Liaise with JM internally to obtain necessary resource and support.
? Design engine test program and make appropriate proposal to customers. Manage JM internal test programs to achieve high efficiency.
? Maintain and improve good relationship with customer.
? Project management as a team member.
? Follow company environment, health and safety management rules and active participator in safety inspection, training and meeting.
? Project managing activities at China HDD customers – build relationships, follow-up, plan activities, source help from inside JM, follow internal procedures – to become responsible expert for the customer projects.
? Add values to both JM and customer.

Requirement:
? Master degree in Catalyst chemistry, material science or closely related field
? Ability to corporation and communication with different function and people
? Good experiment design and management skill
? Good experimental data analysis ability
? Good presentation skill
? Good oral and written English skills
? Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive related industry or chemical industry.
? Profound software skills in MS Office, Minitab is helpful
