职位描述：
Key Result Areas
HSE Management System
- Organize risk assessment independently and follow-up the analysis result with each department.
- Familiar with collecting local criteria, then communicate these to other departments effectively.
- Organize HSE training to all employees with training plan, and follow-up the effectiveness.
- Organize accident investigation independently and follow up the corrective or preventive actions.
- Implement HSE internal audit and support the external audit, and do continuous improvement.
- Provide occupational health technical support to other department.
- Fire protection management includes fire facility maintenance & fire drill practice.
- Provide environmental technical support to other department.
- Chemical management, especially for hazardous chemicals.
- Sub-contractors management.

Group policy follow-up
- Collect & analysis the HSE data according to group requirement.
- Maintain the BSC (balance score card) records in both of Oerlikon Dashboard and OMCN.
- Collect and follow-up NMUS (Near miss & Unsafe situation)
- Translate the group policy if necessary. Train and communicate the group policy to colleagues.

Others
- Communicate with local authority to make sure our company’s behavior is complying with local criteria.
- Work as a good team member with colleagues. To support other department in HSE affairs actively.
- Communicate with each other in English both of written and spoken.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree.
- ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 internal auditor certificate
- At least 5 years‘ HSE experience
