职位描述：
1. Set up quality target for quality team and review / monitor the performance regularly; 设定质量目标和执行
2. Supervise the process control and advanced quality planning; 主导质量控制和质量改进计划
3. Arrange the process audit, issue nonconforming report and follow up corrective and preventive actions; keep following up for closure and response to customer in case customer complaints; 工艺流程审核和纠正预防措施的实施，负责客户投诉
4. Take ownership for ISO certification and document issue; 与ISO程序文件相关工作;
5. Vendor audit, training his staff and all operators; 供应商审核，培训下属和相关部门质量知识
6. Lead and manage quality inspector team; 领导和管理质检员团队
7. Other task assigned by leader; 完成领导分配的其他任务

岗位要求：
1. Graduated from quality management or related major with a bachelor degree or above; 本科学历，质量管理或相关专业毕业
2. Good English language skills in writing; 良好的英语读写能力
3. Good communication and coordination skill with all function; 良好的沟通和协调能力
4. Familiar with quality system and procedure; 熟悉质量管理体系和质量管理流程
5. Know all related quality tools; 熟悉现代质量管理工具 (7大手法/FMEA/8D/PDCA…)
6. Understand quality control method for people, IQC and IPQC; 了解制作类企业质量控制方法，管理质量团队和有效监控进货及制程质量控制 举报 分享
