职位描述：
岗位职责:
1、负责制定活动策划方案，撰写创意及文案，协调及整合各方资源；
2、根据产品特点及现有资源，策划并执行推广活动，熟悉活动策划、活动执行等；
3、熟悉线上、线下推广渠道，并能有效整合应用；
4、活动执行过程收集客户反馈信息，优化工作流程，配合业务部门挖掘潜在客户；
5、负责活动效果预估，活动数据结果统计及数据分析，以不断调整策略；
6、执行市场活动，整理与分析市场活动的亮点及流程。
职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历；
2.具备教育行业相关工作经验，有丰富社团活动组织经验的应届生亦可；
3.熟悉教育产品的活动营销方法与模式（学生活动赞助、校园讲座、教育展、优惠赠送等）；
4.具备较强的学习能力，和发现问题、解决问题的能力；
5.具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神。
