职位描述：
一、全面负责、监督、检查、协调厨务部门的工作，负责考核、评估及奖惩。
二、根据不同餐标及顾客要求开具菜单，核算菜品主副料配比、烹饪方法、成本及销售价格。确保毛利指标达成和客户满意度的提升。
三、负责采购新鲜优质的食材，原材料的验收及使用前的复检工作。
四、保持适当存货以确保所有菜单项目均在任何时候可做出。
五、开发并设计菜单。
六、培训并教导员工如何备制菜单上的项目。

一、5年行政总厨的经验。
二、喜欢开发并尝试新食物。
三、身体健康、精力充沛。
四、具有强烈的责任心，勇于开拓和创新，作风干练。
五、精通西餐创意研发及了解时尚的餐饮趋势。
六、30岁以上，国籍不限，具备一定的英语能力。 举报 分享
