JOB TITLE: Industrial Engineer/Quality

LOCATION: Ping Hu

REPORTS TO: Engineering Manager

FUNCTION/DEPARTMENT: Engineering

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Perform capacity studies
? Perform headcount studies
? Coordinate annual budget activities
? Provide Industrial Engineering support as SME (Subject Matter Expert)
? Lead MSD 4.0 (Manufacturing System Design) process
? Develop the manufacturing system for new programs
? Perform Cost Estimates for new programs
? Establish standards and methods for production
? Coach IE organization on industrial engineering concepts
? Conduct statistics analysis for daily production line rejection, drive prompt containment and corrective action being put in place
? Being customer centric, interface with customer and sales team to take fast response on customer voice
? Drive and implement continue improvement activities cross over different functions
? Perform and demonstrate good habits and professional in terms of different aspects desired
? Be able to prioritize various tasks with most optimized solution
? Quality control for raw material,assembly/packing and finished goods,analysis the root cause
? Good presentation and communication skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

? Diploma or higher engineering degree
? Not less than 8 years of working experience of automotive field,5 years focus on the Industrial Engineering and 3 year focus on quality control
? Be familiar with Lean manaufacturing and Kaizen
? Carry out daily, weekly, monthly quality reporting. Identify and target improvement point with closely follow up
? Expert on 8D and DMAIC approaches. Always response to customer quickly with effectiveness
? 5s, safety concept, regular summary & review
? Self-management ability with high efficient approaches
? Convince and influence skills
? Be familiar with TS16949 and AutoCAD
? Be familiar with problem solving skill 举报 分享
