风险数据分析

工作描述
? 数据收集和管理（包括运营和财务数据)，以支持内部审计和风险管理项目。
? 与项目或任务有关人员协同工作，落实执行复杂的数据挖掘和探索分析(统计、建模、预测)等任务，以标识违规、欺诈或其他异常。
? 有优秀的跨多部门协作和解决复杂业务问题的经验。
? 处理来自不同系统和数据库的海量数据，理解数据的含义并协助提供见解，并提供持续的监控方法和机制。
? 执行质量控制措施对工作和产出物进行审查，确保一致和准确的工作方法论实践。
? 数据ETL和管理、统计分析和多维建模、报表展现和数据可视化，持续监控平台的实施。

基本要求
? 有关数据分析专业本科以上（计算机科学，信息管理，数学等）
? 良好的团队合作精神和较强的人际交往能力
? 有创造力的挑战和解决复杂的问题
? 自我驱动力、热情、职业道德
? 能够看到问题，并将其按一定逻辑进行分解
? 熟练操作数据库，如Oracle、SQL Server、MySQL等
? 编程语言，如VBA、asp.net、java、c++等
? 可视化软件，如Tableau、Qlikview等
? 出差: 25% - 50%

? 有制造业/房地产/金融财务/物流行业相关数据分析或编程实施经验
? 有四大会计事务所或咨询公司工作背景
? 很强的沟通、报告写作和数据展现技巧
? 海量数据处理和编程开发能力

Consultant / Senior Consultant
Risk Analytics

Job Description
? Collection and management of transactional data (operational and financial) in support of internal audit and risk management projects
? Work with stakeholders and implement executions of complex data mining and/or advance analytics (statistics, modeling, forecast, etc.) tasks to identify inconsistencies, fraud and other anomalies using established methodology.
? Manipulation of data sets to understand their meaning and recreation of database tables and systems to assist in providing insights, and provide foundation to implement continuous monitoring mechanism
? Undertake quality control measures to review and ensure consistent and accurate work practices.
? Working with a team to solve complex problems experienced in business.
? Software application, statistical modeling, ETL and data management, visualization and continuous monitoring platform development

Essential Attributes
? Analytical degree or similar (Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, etc.)
? Good team player and strong interpersonal skill
? Able to demonstrate innovation and solving complex problems
? Able to demonstrate strong motivation and enthusiastic work ethic
? Interest in database design/analysis and/or programming and can demonstrate this quality.
? Ability to see a problem and break it down to its logical components
? Good familiarity with database structures and strong skills in Oracle, SQL Server or similar query language.
? Proficient in programming languages such as asp.net, VBA, java, C++ and etc.
? Exposure to visualization softwares such as Tableau, Qlikview and etc.
? Travel: 25% – 50%

Desired Attributes
? Manufacturer/Real Estate/Financial/Logistic Industry experience in database analysis or programming
? Strong communication and report writing skills
? Previous Big 4 or consulting background
? Software development ability
