Our Leadership Programme would be for someone who aspire and has the potential to grow into a leadership role. This Programme will be directly led by our Head of Operation, you will be trained from the ground up on all aspects of our business operation.

The goal of this training programme is to make you an expert in:

？ Overseeing the entire purchasing process (regular and stock orders)
？ Managing 2 – 3 operation projects simultaneously
？ Managing and negotiating partnership with current suppliers
？ Researching and developing partnership with new suppliers
？ Constantly looking for areas to optimize and/or reduce costs
？ Working with Merchandising and Logistics managers to ensure proper communication and efficient cross-department responsibilities
？ Fraud and Transaction Management
？ Supporting the manager in leading a team of 5 – 6 people

The Qualified Candidates

？ A recent graduate of a Bachelor Degree from a reputable University
？ Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and other Office products
？ Has an analytical and business mindset with great interest in e-commerce operation, purchasing and/or logistics
？ Comfortable working individually and within a team in a fast paced environment
？ Fluency in English and demonstrates excellent writing and verbal communication
