职位描述：
Job description：
1. Establish financial management, related system accountingand auditing, monitoring implementation and enforcement of the system;
2.Organize the preparation of the company's annual, quarterly costs, profits, capital costs and other related financial indicators program, regular inspection, supervision, assessment of the implementation plan, timely adjustment and implementation of control programs;
3. Organize accountants correctly, timely and complete processing accounts, for cash payments and bank clearing business, timely accounting registration;
4. Responsible for fixed assets and capital management;Handle the purchase and construction of fixed assets, transfer, retirement and other financial audit procedures with other departments;
5. Strengthen the financial supervision and fulfill the financial revenue and expenditure approval process and reimbursement process; Use the funds properly to ensure the normal supply of daily needs of the company;work with Sales Department to monitor collection of AR and work with Purchasing Department to monitor AP payments
6. Handle the general taxation, VAT,import and export tax return, banking-related jobsand the ERP system operation processes;
7. The financial statements of annual, quarter and month;
8. Organize the company's financial auditing and accounting auditing.

Qualifications:
1. Financial Bachelor degree or higher, intermediate professional titles;
2. At least 10 years of relevant work experience , preferably in manufacturing company;
3. Familiar with the entire workflow and skilled use financial software;
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to speak and write English.
5. Good logical thinking ability, analytical and problem solving skills;
6. Good professional ethics and high sense of responsibility and professionalism, ability to work under pressure;
