Job Duty & Responsibility
工作职责
1. Well done the preparation before assembling, such as match drawing, process card, technical document, record, tool, lubrication oil, cleaning lotion and other material.
做好产品组装前的一切准备工作，包括配齐图纸、工艺卡、技术文件、记录表、工、夹量具，各种润滑油、清洗剂及所需材料、零件
2. Record all the data when assembling according to the document, drawing and process card.
按工艺文件、施工图纸、工艺卡要求，进行组装并记录各种数据
3. Any problem during the assembling must be report to overhead department in time and take measurement.
组装过程中发现问题及时向有关部门反映联系，采取措施
4. Record the actual time and process card
记好实际工时，做好交接班工作及流转卡记录
5. Clean work area after finish work, and do as work finished, material finished.
完工后工作场地清洁，做到工完料清
6. Keep all the special tools well.
保管保养好专用工、夹、量具
7. Finish other tasks assigned by the superior
负责完成上级领导交办的其他各项任务

Job Requirement & Qualification
任职要求
1. Got the related certification, intermediate technology level, at least 1 year related working experience
技校或同等学历及以上，中级工技术等级，至少1年相关工作经验
2. Familiar with normal equipments' name, type, capability and structure and the way to maintenance.
了解常用设备（台钻、砂轮机、风动设备）名称、规格、性能、结构、熟悉使用保养方法，并能正确使用
3. Know how to use the common tool and maintenance.
了解常用工具、量具、刀具、夹具名称、规格、用途、保养，并能正确使用
4. Familiar with metal's capability and heat treatment.
熟悉常用金属材料牌号、性能、热处理知识
5.Know pressure test and cold or hot workpiece.
了解工件冷、热套及压力试验知识
6. Know CAD, tolerance, assembling process and balancing and so on.
懂得机械制图、公差配合、装配工艺、加工工艺、静平衡等基础知识
7. Know different kinds of lubrication and cleaning materials and binder.
了解各类润滑、清洗剂，及粘结剂等牌号、用途性能
8. Know how to marking for normal workpiece, and good command of pressure test and balancing and calculation.
正确掌握一般工件的划线技能，熟练掌握工件热套、压力试验、静平衡方法及步骤，过盈量的选择（配）和计算
9. Have the awareness of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
