职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
1. Smooth material supplying and supplier database establishment 物料平衡及供应商数据库的建立
2. Purchasing price & RFQ confirmation, and complete system maintenance 采购价格分析确认及系统的完善及维护
3. Negotiate and maintain the payment term with all vendors供应商付款条件的谈判及确认
4. Resolve all quality, delivery and other service problems occurred 供应商质量、交付及其它服务问题的确认及解决
5. Ensure and coordinate the timely payment application every month for all the procurement activities 供应商付款申请的提交及跟踪
6. Prepare the timely forecast on a monthly and annual basis as compared to standard cost for all MRO procurement items每月需求预测的准备确认、标准成本的年度确认
7. Working with Finance、Logistics and relation department of Lean saving and tracking it. 保持和财务、物流及相关部门在节余项目上的工作及跟踪实施
8. Follow company safety policy and comply to related regulations 遵守公司的安全政策和相关的规章制度。

Main Requirements:
1. College degree or above 大专以上学历
2. Experience of purchases in automotive prefer汽车行业工作经验优先；
3. Indirect material Working Experience Preferred 非生产物料采购经验优先；
4. Knowledge of business and contract law 商务合同法规知识
5. Good use MRP system MRP系统的使用
6. Be able to communicate in English 英语沟通
7. Understanding of quality systems 质量体系的了解
8. Excellent computer skills for Power point, Excel, Word, etc计算机的熟悉使用及善于操作PPT、Excel, Word及其它工具 举报 分享
