职位描述：
1. 负责制定并完善公司的财务会计制度、规定和办法。
Setup and improve the company financial accounting system / rule / regulation;

2. 负责公司的全面日常财务会计工作
Manage company’s routine financial accounting work;

3. 负责解释、解答与公司的财务会计有关的法规和制度
Be responsible for explaining / answering the legislation questions related to company financial accounting;

4. 定期分析检查公司财务收支和预算的执行情况，确保公司有良好的资金流。
Monitor and analyze company financial balancing against budgeting; make sure the cash flow is favorable;

5. 审核公司的原始单据和公司的记帐凭证，审核公司的会计报表。
Exam and audit the original receipts; accounting voucher; and accounting statement;

6. 定期检查公司库存现金和银行存款是否帐实相符，定期清查公司资产；
Regularly check the alignment of company cash, bank saving against account book; regularly count company assets;

7. 保证按时纳税，负责按照国家税法和其他规定，严格审查应交税金。
Be responsible for company tax payment on timely bases according to legislation;

8. 根据预算，加强日常财务管理和成本控制。按期汇集、计算和分析成本控制情况，向高层领导提出成本控制分析报告和成本计划。 Based on budget, strengthen the cost control. Collect, calculate, and analyze the cost control; report and suggest to top management to improve the cost control plan.

9. 负责定期组织各部门对公司库存盘点。
 Regularly organize the company inventory check;

10．承办总经理交办的其他财务工作。 Be responsible for other tasks assigned by General Manager;

? 文化程度Education
财务专业大专以上学历
Financial management and related professional college degree or above;

? 任职经验Working Experience:
10年以上财务相关工作经验，有工厂工作经验者优先考虑；了解出口退税者优先；
10years’ experiences (and above) in financial accounting, factory working experience is preferred; Know export duty rebate is preferred;

? 计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:
英语良好. 熟悉办公自动化
Good English. Familiar with office automation;

? 能力要求Competency:

In 2007 Stegia made a strategic choice of location when gearing up its production through production and sales in China. Here we combine subcontract manufacture of electronic and mechanical components and cabling. Stegia Shanghai Co. Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stegia AB and is located in Chuansha International Advanced Technology Industrial Park, Shanghai – just fifteen minutes from the international airport.
