？ Understands the workflow and procedures of various operational functions in branches.
？ Evaluates the best practices and workflow for operational efficiency improvement.
？ Identifies the gap between branches in workflow and system variances and works closely with branches users and China IT to arrive at the most appropriate solution and standardization.
？ Operational analyses to help various functional departments of CHO Operations / BU on operational environment and giving suggestions and points of alerts.
？ Prepare UAT plan according to user requirement and execute UAT accordingly within the time range.
？ Assist project manager to complete operations related system projects to implement on time, within budget and achieve targets in accordance with project plan.
？ Assist project manager to manage and drive the implementation of new initiatives and task for all branches China wide on time.
？ Communicates actively and closely with branch users to collect feedback and their need in operations and systems support.
Requirements:
？ University graduate in Information Systems, Business Administration or related disciplines.
？ 5 years relevant experience in life operations analysis, life insurance system handling,
？ Practical skills in programming and data/information extraction from life insurance systems to help operational analyses
？ Good practical knowledge in life insurance systems and skills on project management.
？ Effective spoken and writtend communication (both Chinese and English) and presentation skills.
？ Good analytical ability and able to meet with changes.
？ Strong leadership and service-oriented.
？ Positive working attitude.
？ High self-motivation..
