Project Engineer for our Sales Office in Shanghai

Your duties:

- The Project engineer is responsible for planning the project in order to accomplish its goals or produce the products required within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.
- The Project engineer needs to develop the project within the TS /VDA6.1 guideline. He need to create, collect and maintain TS16949/VDA6.1 ( or to certain customer) required document
- The Project engineer should identify, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking counter measure by tackling day-to-day issues head on and reviewing how more serious issues and risks might impact on schedule, quality and cost.
- The Project engineer may work directly with the team members or with their team leaders to estimate effort, plan activities and negotiate consensus among individual team members on their appointed tasks.
- The Project engineer should be able to create and use Gantt charts, spreadsheets or other appropriate tools to manage people and tasks and keep up-to-date.
- The Project engineer is likely to be responsible for bringing the project to a close, which may include creating an end of project report or evaluation document, and capturing and using relevant lessons learned.

Our requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in automotive industry of which minimum 2 years with project management related assignment.
- Good communication skills in coordinating cross functional department activities.
- Good understanding of TS16949.
- Independent and self motivated, self disciplined.
- Professional level of English (both written and oral)
- Willing to travel if required
