本科及以上学历
有外资物流企业服务于大型零售商的从业经历
精通海运出口操作流程
有管理中小型团队的经历

技能要求:
英语精通,至少持有大学英语六级证书

优秀的电子邮件技巧
思维敏捷,行动迅速

Job Summary:
As the leader of the team to take full responsibility on defined business scope

Job Function & Job requirement:
Take the ownership of PO management and liaise with related parties to fultill on time delivery
Be responsible for daily PO tracking and close communication with vendor for their following up
Manage the data input & amendment into system
Work with related party to give solution for early/ late shipment
Ensure proper and timely follow-up in case of irregularities
Encourage and ensure excellent communication both internally and externally
Ensure excellent service provided according to SOP
Coach and guide team member to achieve operational target

Qualification:
Education and Experience
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 5 years working experience in multinational freight forwarding company
3. Solid experience in FCL Ocean Export
Languages and Communication Skills
1. Fluent spoken & written in English, CET-6 or above
2. Good communication skills, both internal and external
Computer Skills
1. Basic PC knowledge
2. Experienced user for MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
Others
1. Customer oriented & self-disciplined
2. Strong logic thinking & problem solving skills
3. Willing to OT and can undertake pressure
4. Strong individual capability with teamwork spirit
5. Sensitive on figures
6. Leadship skills and experience in managing a team
7. Staff training skills and strong capability in demonstration
